simple, common, and familiar but it is not easy, when teaching our students in school. Sometime, we are not aware with our own students. Even, we don't recognize their names. Therefore, one of the requirement being a friend is to know their names. But we always ignore about this case. do you know when we call our students with their name? ehm... they are so happy to hear it. So it is not only a name but it is related to their heart even tightened. Then, recognize our students and being a partner.
