affirmation is very important for teaching process. Moreover, for children, they accept the words without reserved. Therefore, positive affirmation is emphasized. This morning, I asked my students to stand up. Because I saw the students lack of motivation in learning. "I can do it" this sentence was arising their motivation. Repeating this sentence is also important. The students will realize that they should optimize to face the challenge of learning process. The point is affirmation and just do it.
